1. How would you describe your political/leadership style in three words?
Positive, active, leading by example
2 What is the smallest change you have made in your career that has had the biggest positive result?
I changed my mindset. I don’t sweat the small stuff.
3. Is there anything you have personally achieved or done that would surprise people?
I’m a good construction worker and no stranger to cement and tiling. I have also sewn most of my clothes.
4. What do you do in your free time to relax and unwind?
I spend time with my children and family. I like the outdoors and often go cycling or hiking. I also find sewing and painting very relaxing.
5. What was the most inspirational and influential book you have read and why?
‘Physiology’ by Arthur Guyton. When I was studying medicine at university, I studied it with a lovely man named Vladimir, who is now my husband.
