8 June 2017
Maison Grand Place, Grand Place 19 - 1000 Brussels
We are delighted to invite you to the concluding symposium of the European “CHEESE UP YOUR LIFE” programme which has been promoted across four European markets - Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Denmark and France - since 2015.
Cheese is an essential part of Europe's heritage. From sensory perceptions to cultural food patterns, international experts will share the latest insights on cheese, looking at how the brain influences our eating behaviour and exploring its European dimension beyond cultural differences in the way we use this product across different countries.
Eight thousand years after the discovery of cheese in Europe, we are still finding new ways to consume it.
Food bloggers and cooks from four countries will have the opportunity to present their vision of current cheese trends through a live tasting of their winning recipes at the event.
MODERATED BY ALEX TAYLOR, EUROPEAN JOURNALIST (EUROPEAN PRESS REVIEW, FRANCE INTER).
