Elisa Ferreira (S&D, PT) and Michael Theurer (ALDE, DE) have been appointed rapporteurs in the special committee on tax rulings and other measures similar in nature or effect (TAXE).

Outgoing MEP Eduard-Raul Hellvig (EPP, RO) has given notice in writing of his resignation, with effect from 2 March. Mihai Țurcanu is in line to replace him.
Pablo Echenique (GUE/NGL, ES) has tendered his resignation notice with effect from 15 March. Estefanía Torres is in line to replace him.

Incoming MEP Miguel Urbán Crespo (GUE/NGL, ES) officially joined the European parliament on 5 March, replacing Teresa Rodriguez-Rubio.

In committee news, Damiano Zoffoli (S&D, IT) and Pablo Echenique (GUE/NGL, ES) have joined the environment, public health and food safety (ENVI) committee, while Enrico Gasbarra (S&D, IT) has left.

On the industry, research and energy (ITRE) committee, Pablo Echenique (GUE/NGL, ES) has left and Miguel Urbán Crespo (GUE/NGL, ES) has joined.

Enrico Gasbarra (S&D, IT) has joined the legal affairs (JURI) committee, Pina Picierno (S&D, IT) joined the women's rights and gender equality (FEMM) committee and Claudia Tapardel (S&D, RO) joined the Constitutional Affairs (AFCO) committee.

Ashley Fox (ECR, UK) has switched from being substitute to member of the special committee on tax rulings and other measures similar in nature or effect (TAXE).

On delegations, Miguel Urbán Crespo (GUE/NGL, ES) has joined the delegation for relations with the Maghreb countries and the Arab Maghreb Union (DMAG) and the delegation to the parliamentary assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean (DMED).

Arne Lietz (S&D, DE) switched from being substitute to member of the delegation for relations with the Korean Peninsula (DKOR).
