Matthias WILL replaces Marta SILVA MENDES as Head Unit A3 (HR Processes, Data & Information Systems) in an acting capacity. SILVA MENDES becomes Head of Unit E4 (Agencies, European Schools and International Affairs) replacing Mariana SAUDE. 
Guillaume LAPLATTE replaces Christian LEVASSEUR as Head of Unit B4 (Career Management and Mobility) in an acting capacity. 

Office for the Administration and Payment of Individual Entitlements (PMO) 
Florence JUDES replaces Ellen JORGENSEN as Head of Unit 5 (PMO Luxembourg). 
Christelle FONTBONNE PRONIEWSKI replaces Jean-Pierre VANDERSTRAETEN as Head of Unit 7 (Budget, Internal control) in an acting capacity.

National News 

Germany 
Following the announcement of the resignation of Annegret KRAMP-KARRENBAUER, the next CDU party chair will be chosen at a special party congress on April 25, eight months earlier than expected. Armin LASCHET, Friedrich MERZ and Norbert ROTTGEN are the three men running to lead the Christian Democrats. 

Romania 
Under a constitutional court ruling, President Klaus IOHANNIS was ordered to find a candidate that can hold a majority in parliament. This follows IOHANNIS’s proposal to re-instate the Interim Prime Minister Ludovic ORBAN. Minister for Finance Florin CITU is IOHANNIS’s latest proposal. 

Slovakia 
Voters will head to the polls this Saturday for the general election. 

Slovenia 
A new coalition has been formed. Janez JANSA, of the Slovenian Democratic Party (EPP) will become Prime Minister. The other two parties in the coalition are the Party of Modern Center (SMC, RE) and the Democratic Party of Pensioners (DeSUS, RE). JANSA is due to be confirmed by Parliament next week.
