Viola Von Cramon-Taubadel (Greens/EFA, DE) has joined the Serbia Delegation (D-RS) replacing Terry Reintke (Greens/EFA, DE).
Alicia Homs Ginel (S&D, ES) moves from substitute to member on the Latin-American Delegation (D-LAT).
Cyrus Engerer (S&D, MT) joins the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee (ENVI), Korean Peninsula Delegation (D-KOR) and the Special Committee on Beating Cancer (BECA).

Cyrus Engerer (S&D, MT) joins the Industry, Research and Energy Committee (ITRE), Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs Committee (LIBE) and the Mashreq Delegation (D-MAS).

Eva Maydell (EPP, BG) has been re-elected president of the European Movement International while Brando Benifei (S&D, IT) has been elected vice-president.

The group have elected Jeroen Lenaers (EPP, NL) to succeed Roberta Metsola (EPP, MT) as coordinator on the Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs Committee (LIBE). Lena Düpont (EPP, DE) has been elected vice-coordinator.

Directorates-General and Services
Defence, Industry and Space (DEFIS)
François Arbault will be the new director for Defence Industry. He is currently the Head of the European Green Deal Unit within the Secretariat-General. Ekaterini Kavvada will become the new director for Development and Innovation.
Health and Food Safety (SANTE)
Pierre Delsaux has been appointed deputy director-general for health. Delsaux, a trained lawyer, has held several senior positions within the Commission and has most recently served as deputy director-general in DG Defence, Industry and Space (DEFIS).
Maria Pilar Aguar Fernandez has been appointed director for Health, Food Audits and Analysis. She is currently the head of the Health Innovations unit in DG Research and Innovation (RTD).
Viveka Palm has been appointed director for Sectoral and Regional Statistics.
Christine Wirtz will become director for social statistics. She is currently the acting Director for Sectoral and Regional Statistics and the Head of the Agriculture and Fisheries Unit within Eurostat.
Other EU Institutions and Agencies
European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)
The Board of Supervisors has shortlisted Maria-Luis Albuquerque (former Portuguese minister of finance), Carmine Di Noia (Commissioner of Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), Italy) and Verena Ross (ESMA’s executive director) for the position of chair. The shortlist has been sent to the Council and the Parliament for confirmation and it is expected that the incoming chair will replace incumbent Steven Maijoor on 1 April 2021.
EU Tax Observatory
French economist Gabriel Zucman has been selected to set up the body which will be responsible for making recommendations in the field of tax fraud, tax evasion and aggressive tax planning.

Thomas Bihlmayer, policy adviser at eco – Association of the Internet Industry, has been appointed treasurer. He joins newly elected president Alexandra Laffitte and vice-president Innocenzo Genna.

President Kersti Kaljulaid has appointed Jaak Aab, former minister of public administration to the role of education minister following the resignation of Mailis Reps. Anneli Ott, member of the Riigikogu's European Union Affairs Committee, will be appointed as the new minister of public administration.
